Whether you are rowing, skiing, cycling, running, or pushing through a fan bike session, your result tables capture the exact split times, averages, and totals you rely on to measure progress.

Now, we’re taking performance tracking a step further. We’re excited to introduce our enhanced Workout Graphs—a powerful visual partner to your summary data, available across the ErgZone app and the Web Admin panel.

The Perfect Partner to Your Result Tables

While summary tables give you precise averages and final numbers for each interval, numbers alone don't always tell the whole story. Workout Graphs display your performance continuously along a shared timeline directly below your result tables, bringing your workout data to life.

By combining summary data with continuous visual trends, you get the best of both worlds:

Moment-by-Moment Detail: Easily spot subtle shifts in pacing, sudden heart rate spikes, or power drops that overall interval averages might smooth over.

Synchronized Metrics: Display your chosen metrics stacked vertically on an identical timeline, allowing you to see exactly how your effort, heart rate, and movement mechanics interact.

Interactive Timeline: Swipe across any graph to inspect your performance at an exact timestamp. The interactive scrub line syncs dynamically across every open graph on your screen, giving you real-time readings for all active metrics at that precise second.

Total Control Over What You See

Every workout is different, and so is the data that matters most to your training. ErgZone gives you full control over how you analyze your sessions:

Custom Metric Displays: Alongside default graphs for Pace, Rate/Cadence, and Heart Rate, you can toggle additional metrics into view—including Power (Watts, Power%), Heart Rate details (HR%), Movement Dynamics (Drive Length, Drive Time, Recovery Time, Average Force), and Machine Metrics (Drag Factor).*

Filter Out Rest Periods: Hide rest intervals with a single tap to view a clean, uninterrupted line of your active work.

Interval Focus Filter: Want to analyze your pacing on a specific interval? Use the interval filter control to zoom directly into that segment's graph data.

Built for Sharing: When you generate a result screenshot in the ErgZone app to share with your coach or post on social media, any graphs enabled in your view are automatically included.

Ready to Explore Your Data?

The new Workout Graphs are live right now! Complete your next workout to check them out on your post-workout summary screen, or open past workouts from your history in ErgZone or on the Web Admin.

Have questions about graph controls or metric compatibility? Check out our complete Workout Graphs FAQ to get all the details.

*Note: Available graphs depend on the data recorded during your session, as well as your machine, erg type, manufacturer, monitor model, and connected sensors. Certain graphs may not be available for older historical workouts if the required metric data was not captured at the time.
","publishedAt":"2026-09-01T09:00:00Z","imageUrl":"https://rowingzone.b-cdn.net/public/blog/1f0883f9-f389-44eb-a6cf-df17af3709f7.png"}}},"staticQueryHashes":["3649515864"]}
