The 5k row development program that works with you and your ability to progress your power and performance. This program differs from the 2k with duration and the volume of meters covered, we still work all components during this program. This program consists of
· 1-week program preparation
· 12 weeks of training based on our Watts training method
· 5 training sessions a week
· Improvement in your power/intensity output in all training zones but specifically middle distance.
