
Introducing the inaugural
Rally your team, find an erg, and step up to the Aussieroos. The world’s toughest erg athletes are waiting — show them what you’re made of.
26 January – 2 February 2026. 1 week, 7 erg workouts.
The 7 workouts will consist of one sprint and one endurance workout on each of the row, ski and bike erg, with one multi erg workout and will last between 3 and 30 minutes. Complete as few or as many workouts as you wish.
Entry fee: $10
Appropriate weight division must be selected at the point of registration.
All events will be released Monday 19 January 2026 12:00 (Noon) AEST and available to complete from Monday 26 January 2026 9:00am AEST with a score deadline of Monday 2 February 2026 20:00 AEST.
Any damper setting can be used.
No slides are allowed for rowing events.
Athletes can have multiple attempts at each workout.
You need to have access to Concept2 PM5 monitor.
Manual entries will not be accepted.
This is a clean and honest competition; we expect all participants to respect this. Fair play.
Medals/prizes will be awarded only to athletes who complete all 7 individual workouts.
