Description
This plan is designed to get you ready for a 1000m time trial or competition (WRVICH, BRIC etc)
The plan contains 3 specific erg sessions, 1 cross training session and 2 weight sessions are also detailed and suggested for you to do to reach maximum potential. You will peak and be ready to race by week 4.
Loïc Schalbetter is 2x World Rowing Indoor Champion and 100m World Record Holder. He has helped athletes to countless personal records and World Records from 100m to the marathon.
