Description
This 4 week training plan will get you ready for the ultimate rowing distance - 2000m. The plan has 3 key hard rowing sessions a week and it is advised you complement it with easy aerobic sessions if you can, ideally cross training on a bike. Full body heavy strength training is also recommended.
Whether you are getting ready for a race, a club test, or trying to beat your personal best, this is the training plan for you.
