This training plan contains 12 training sessions designed to get you ready for the Erg Endurance Series and to improve your overall long distance rowing.

You can pick any of the 12 sessions to do in the lead up to the competition. 2-3 of them every week ideally.

Loïc Schalbetter is 2x World Rowing Indoor Champion and 100m world record holder.
