This training plan contains 10 training sessions designed to get you ready for the Erg Power Series and to improve your overall sprint rowing ability. You can pick any of the 10 sessions to do in the lead up to the competition. I suggest you do 1 to 2 of them every week. Loïc Schalbetter is 2x World Rowing Indoor Champion and 100m world record holder. He has helped athletes to countless personal records and World Records from 100m to the marathon. He is also coaching athletes individually by designing custom programs.
