Did you get into the Ergon Metron Series Cup late this year? No worries. We've created an opportunity for you to complete all four seasonal races and earn one of our EM Master Race Caps! Knock off these events one at a time each week, or if you're feeling spicy, sit down and do them all in one shot! You determine when you race and in which order you do them. There's no right time or way to do it; just GET IT DONE and get a cap!

Complete all 4 stage race workouts of the Ergon Metron Series Cup and earn yourself an elite EM Master Race Cap!

As soon as you complete all four races, email us at info@foolsfestsprints.com so we know to check the results page. (We don't look at the results every day, so it's on you to let us know you've completed all four races.)

• Did you already complete one of the 2023/24 Ergon Metron stage races? That result counts toward earning your cap! (You don't need to redo any events.) Only complete the stage races you've missed.

If you haven't done any of the four stage races, you must complete them all to earn a cap.

• All racers will receive a 3" UV-protected vinyl Ergon Metron decal. • Race results reported to Concept2 rankings.

Age Divisions

• SGGM = Super Great Grand Master > 70
• GGM = Great Grand Master > 60
• GM = Grand Master – 50-60
• M = Master – 27-49
• O = Open – 20-26
• JR = Junior – 0-19

Weight Categories

• Lightweight Women: <= 135lbs (61.5kg)
• Heavyweight Women: > 135 lbs (61.6kg)
• Lightweight Men <= 165lbs (75kg)
• Heavyweight Men > 165lbs (75kg)

Rules & Info

There is no start or end time to this event! Yahoo! Complete it as you are able! Do one race a week, all in one sitting... your call!

• COMPETING ON AN OLDER MODEL ERG? You can still compete if your erg doesn't have a PM5 monitor.

• MANUAL SUBMISSIONS must be entered on the ErgZone app by the racer OR emailed to: info@foolsfestsprints.com with a screenshot of your race screen.

Refunds & Scratches

There will be no refunds. Please know this upfront. We count on your entry fee to support this event and all its associated costs. You will not get a cap if you bail and don't complete all four stage races. If you have an illness or serious medical issue, write us an email and tell us what's up. We are cool like that and will make a plan with you to earn your cap.
