500m Peaking Plan
8 to 12 weeks
This program has been written to be a suitable 8 or 12-week peaking plan for a 500m race or Time Trial. It is broken into preparatory, build, and peak blocks.
This program includes all necessary erg-sessions. It does not, however, include any weight-lifting nor any “easy” (UT2/Z2) rows. Both lifting and low intensity aerobic activity are encouraged, but neither is necessary.
