Holiday Training Plan 200K



This training plan is intended to help you do your concept 2 Holiday Challenge in 4 weeks totaling 200k meters. It has 4 workouts in the first week and 5 in the last 3 weeks. Each week has a few more meters than the previous week allowing you to slowly progress throughout the month. Workouts repeat and get just a little harder each week to help you thrive during the Holiday Challenge!
