Looking for some ideas this March? We have a series of 5 weeks of 5k workouts totaling 25 workouts to get your Mud Season Meters. Each of the 25 workouts will be around 5k of work. Some of the workouts are based on time so the meters will vary. If you just need a few more meters to get to 5k we included an optional 5 minute easy row workout in each week that could be repeated as necessary. Good luck! And have some fun!
