Ditch the solitary grind in your basement and train with the Live2Row team and coaches this winter. With three live coaches sessions and on your own workouts, this camp is a perfect way to stay motivated this winter and set yourself up for success in the spring. The camp focused on increased power generation and technical efficiency.

First Live Training Session
Weekly Live Coached sessions will be available on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 am or 10:00 am, as well as Saturdays at 10:00 am. (All times are Eastern Daylight Time). Live Coached sessions are recommended but not required for the camp.
Train on your schedule! Each week the camp has 3 live and 2 on-your-own workouts. Can't make a live session? Don't sweat it. All of the live sessions are recorded and uploaded to YouTube. You can row along with the session whenever you can.
After you sign up, Live2Row will grant you access to the tool used to manage Zoom calls for Orientation and Live Training Sessions.
